New skyscraper in town, Vincon Center

A new skyscraper just appeared/launched early this month in the middle of Saigon directly opposite Parkson Grand. Officially named Vincon Center it is a mall filled with foreign luxury goods. I snapped quite a bit of pictures while I was there, however quite a lot of shops are still under renovation as you will see below:
