IBM X300 key replacement needed!

Siew Pao and Bear Bear decided to play tussle on my bed last night and one of them accidentally jumped onto my keyboard in the midst of the action. Several keys were disloged, I managed to snap all of them back in except for the “+” button. The top hinge of the retainer clip were broken and there’s no way to repair it. I’ve been googling for a replacement but so far no luck, most of the search results were for IBM T & R series. I’ve sent a couple of emails to a few key suppliers on eBay, it’s a long shot, fingers crossed!

      Ordered a replacement from Canada, should arrive next month as the seller used snail mail method. Cost me US$7.70 for two retainer clips. Fingers crossed it fit as the parts was meant for Dell, not IBM!

      Replacement arrived two days ago which was surprisingly fast as it was sent by normal express mail. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit so I guess I’m stuck with a missing key :(
