Seafood snack
Went for a midnight seafood snack yesterday with my girlfriend and her friend. It’s a small seafood stall I visit often (sometimes twice a week!), for those staying in HCMC you should try them out and you can easily find them as they are located just behind Superbowl building near the current Saigon International Airport. The place is usually filled with Korean customers, all sitting down on small chairs and miniature tables to boot (like small children playing tea party). I managed to snap some pictures with my camera phone >:)
There will be peddlers around selling mangoes, crackers, chewing gums, etc. My girlfriend bought a mango as our starter before the main course. 1st and 2nd plates of seafood arrived, crab claws cooked with sweet sauce, and steamed crab claws with chopped chillies… mmhhmmm feeling a little hungry now :)

I’m not sure what type of snails they are serving but it’s pretty tasty, just steam them and they are good to go! Plate 5th is clams boiled with beer, chopped chillies, and sliced lemon grass.

Picture 7 showing me dipping snail meat into sweet chili sauce, yum yum! Next on the menu is BBQ mussels with peanuts and slices of shallot leaves (I think) and fried clams with sweet chilli sauce.
More snails! Look at the size of the snail meat! *dip* *dip* in sweet chili sauce and off it goes! Last on the menu was seafood noodles :) I think you can safely guess what’s my favorite food by now.The Plans of Man psp
